The platform

Intelligent rehabilitation, personalized for every patient

Adaptix Neuro is an AI-enabled rehabilitation platform that combines a motorized stationary bike with real-time adaptive control and physiological feedback.

Unlike traditional rehabilitation systems, Adaptix Neuro continuously monitors user performance and dynamically adjusts therapy parameters — delivering personalized, optimized exercise in every session.

  • Real-time adaptive control
  • Personalized therapy based on patient response
  • Continuous performance monitoring
  • Designed for clinical and home environments

Performance is sampled during the ride, and the therapy responds to it — not the other way round.

The problem

A smarter approach to neurorehabilitation

Parkinson’s disease affects over 10 million people worldwide, yet current rehabilitation approaches remain largely static and non-personalized .

The Challenge

  • Therapy is often not tailored to individual response
  • Outcomes vary significantly between patients
  • Limited real-time feedback and optimization

Our Solution

Adaptix Neuro introduces a closed-loop, data-driven approach that adapts therapy in real time, helping maximize patient engagement and therapeutic outcomes.

  • Closed-loop
  • Data-driven
  • Real-time

The evidence

Backed by research, designed for outcomes

Adaptix Neuro is built on more than 15 years of peer-reviewed research in dynamic cycling therapy and adaptive rehabilitation.

Our approach combines clinical evidence with engineering innovation to deliver measurable, meaningful improvements in patient outcomes.
